BRIDGES Vocal Arts: Paris Intensive is a 10-day residency for emerging opera singers and collaborative pianists, offering world-class training with distinguished international faculty through private lessons, ensemble work, masterclasses, and public performances.

More than a course, BRIDGES is a transformative artistic residency designed to inspire, challenge, and unite emerging vocal artists. It is rooted in the belief that artistic excellence must be matched by deep human connection—to masterful mentors, supportive and ambitious peers, and the ever-evolving legacy of the operatic art form.

Our mission is to offer each participant a pivotal, defining moment in their artistic journey—within a space where great voices and bold ideas grow together.

BRIDGES Vocal Arts has launched a new consulting initiative within the Mentoring Program, designed to support singers in navigating the crucial first steps of a professional career, with a particular focus on the European opera market.
This initiative offers personalized career counseling, repertoire guidance, audition preparation, and strategic networking support to select singers ready to take the leap into the professional world.
As part of this effort, the BRIDGES Vocal Arts: Paris Intensive will provide comprehensive support and rigorous training to prepare participants specifically for upcoming auditions.
MASTERCLASS with Sharon Mohar & Liora Maurer

From Singer to Artist – Opera Performance Masterclass with Sharon Mohar & Liora Maurer.
In this unique masterclass, vocal coach Liora Maurer and performance specialist Sharon Mohar join forces to guide opera singers on a transformative journey from singing to expressive artistry.
Working with four selected singers in front of a live audience, they will explore the relationship between music and text, character development, storytelling, and the challenge of expressing freely without overthinking. Combining their individual expertise- vocal coaching and interpretive insight - the class aims to support singers in bridging the gap between skill and soul, turning performance into true artistic expression.
MASTERCLASS with Stéphane Sénéchal
Date & Location: Salle Cortot- July 2025
A day-long public masterclass with Stéphane Sénéchal, culminating in the evening concert for participants at the renowned Salle Cortot- a historic concert Hall celebrated for its exceptional acoustics. Event was widely covered in press and social media.
MASTERCLASS with Cristina Stanescu
Date & Location: Sergei Rachmaninov Conservatoire- July 2025
Masterclass with Cristina Stanescu included both Art Song and Operatic Repertoire.
Cristina Stanescu is an internationally respected collaborative pianist and vocal coach. She is the founding Director of the Collaborative Piano Department at the Mannes School of Music. Dr. Stanescu has performed concerti and recitals around the world and has a passion for working with singers and pianists to advance the artistry of this unique musical partnership.
